Rony Vardy founded Catbird in Brooklyn, New York, in 2004. All of her jewelry is made in their Brooklyn studio with ethically sourced gold and all of the stones are conflict-free.

Sophie Bille Brahe was founded in 2011 in Copenhagen, Denmark. Their jewelry is made by hand at Sophie’s studio in Copenhagen using centuries-old goldsmith techniques. “Sophie possesses a unique understanding of what women want to wear, and has a talent for finding new ways of thinking about jewelry.”

Glossier

Emily Weiss founded glossier in 2012 to create luxury skincare products at an accessible price. Glossier is based in New York and all of their products are made in the US. They are a cruelty-free brand and are constantly working towards being more sustainable. Recently they implemented a “Limited Packaging” option that allows customers to opt-out of any packaging extras and all of their shipping boxes are 100% recycled.

FIT student Chloe Neu founded Cool Is A Construct in March 2020. All pieces are made to order in New York from deadstock and vintage custom printed fabrics. Their packaging is recyclable and they are working towards using compostable packages.

Founded in 2011 by Laura Hall and Gillian Rose Kern, For Love and Lemons “was cultivated on the principles of confidence, femininity, and individuality. It is for the woman unafraid to take risks, forge her own way and embrace a bit of adventure.” They also have a collection of pieces made entirely of recycled materials called “Sustainability is Beautiful.”

House of Dagmar is a Swedish fashion brand founded by three sisters, named after their great-grandmother, Dagmar.
